Announcing the AAJ Firm BOSS Summit. The BOSS Summit is designed for those involved in business operations, supervision, and strategy within their firms. It will feature keynote speakers from outside our industry addressing how to excel in workforce management and new horizons in technology. The focus will be on futuristic planning and the exchange of best legal sector practices to help your firm perform and maximize efficiencies and revenues. The two- day summit will combine keynotes and breakout sessions where members can meet in small groups and exchange ideas, templates, and business plans.

You will leave the session with updates that address stress and evolving mental health trends and needs, and tools to promote greater employee resilience and well-being, job satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
